In Canada -specifically the Greater Toronto Area, there's less of a chance.  That's because were mostly surrounded by regulated Big Chain stores or Amazon shopping for 99% of our stuff and have to deal with shipping times.  Most of the suppliers aren't local and don't know our candle needs as well as a local candle shop might.
