What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

 

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

 

How do I get Free Shipping??

Any order more than $20 CAD is entitled to free shipping.  We cover the cost the order for you and send out the package once its fulfilled and completed for you. 

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Mondays to Fridays and on the weekends. We ship through Canada Post or UPS (Saturdays for UPS mainly).

Please note that we don't ship on Sunday*.

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

1 - 4 Item Candle Orders 

It takes 1 - 2 day lead time for small quantity orders

 

5 - 20 Item Candle Orders

It takes 2 - 3 day lead time for small quantity orders

 

 21+ Candles 

It takes 4 - 7 days of lead time for large quantity orders

 Lead Time: The amount of days it would take to make the order.

 

 Tracking Information FAQ  

We ship our Monday to Saturday Orders with Canada Post or UPS and will provide the tracking number to you.  When you get the tracking number notification you can use it immediately.  You have the choice of either putting in the tracking information.

FREE PICK UP OPTION

You also have the choice of picking up from our location at 27 Paisley Boulevard East Mississauga Ontario L5A 1P3.  With this option, you get to schedule when you would like to pick it up and will not be charged a delivery fee. 

 

Tax Information

  As a registered company in Canada we charge HST on our products.  That means if we are shipping to a Canadian address, there will be tax on the product.  If the shipping address is not in Canada then you do not pay tax on those products as the Canadian Government charges tax on shipments outside of Canada but at a 0% rate.
