Candles Cartel ships to the United States, U.S. Territories, & Canada.
Each order is packed with Our Cartel Wow Factor, so please allow up to 24 hours to 36 hours for your orders to be processed and 3 to 5 days to arrive.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel or modify an order. We charge a 30% restocking fee (if it's $20 we'd charge $6 so you'd get $14 for example). RETURNS
Candles Cartel stands behind our products 100%.
Products purchased directly from Candles Cartel can always be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, per the following guidelines:
- Unused Product
- Container must be in its original, sealed and unused condition
- Must provide proof of purchase (order number from our website) for a full refund or exchange
- Refund excludes any paid shipping charges, restocking fees of 30% of total order’s sales price
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Used Product
- Open container and partial used product
- Once a product has been opened, Candles Cartel is unable to accept the return or refund this product
- Candles Cartel stands behind our products and we will consider product replacement (please chat with us or email us)
- Damaged Product
- Receipt of purchase with all claims refund (for Candles Cartel direct customers) or replacement
- Manufacture Damage
- Candles Cartel will replace products for Manufacture Damages (damaged seal, no seal cover).
