Label Printing Issues FAQ:

Please use the Return ID#: PR928315 at your local post office to get them to print the label. 

Any cost incurred at the post office or elsewhere for printing a label to be shipped back to Candles Cartel during the item return process will not be credited back to you by Candles Cartel.

Return Merchandise Authorization Information: 

Please write the order number on the Return Label to provide RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the Post Office to process.  

 

 

HOW THE REFUND WORKS:

  

CANCELLATION:

You can cancel an order within 30 days of purchase.  We charge a 12% restocking fee (if it's $20 we'd charge $2.40 so you'd get $17.60 for example).  The cost of shipping the item back is covered by Candles Cartel (us) to ship it back to us here at our return address.  Please email us or chat with us for more -  akeem@candlescartel.com.

 

Restocking Fee: 

Due to the expenses of the pandemic and other related business we charge a 12% restocking fee

ex.(if it's $20 we'd charge $2.40 so you'd get $17.60 for example). 

 

We cover the cost to ship the item by providing a prepaid label see here.  Please email us for more -  akeem@candlescartel.com.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. 😊

 The monies paid will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

 

Credit Cards

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Products purchased directly from Candles Cartel can always be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, per the following guidelines:

 

Definitions of Unused

  • Unused Product
    • Container must be in its original, sealed and unused condition
    • Must provide proof of purchase (order number from our website) for a full refund or exchange
    • Refund excludes any restocking fees of 12% of total order’s sales price
    • Candles Cartel is responsible for return shipping costs
    • Used Product
      • slightly used item, partial used item or fully used item
      • Once an item has been used* in anyway, Candles Cartel is unable to accept the return or refund this item
      • Candles Cartel stands behind our products and we will consider product replacement (please chat with us or email us)

 

 

    • Damaged Product
    • Receipt of purchase with all claims refund (for Candles Cartel direct customers) or replacement

 

  • Manufacture Damage
    • Candles Cartel will replace products for Manufacture Damages (damaged candle vessels, glass jar, tin jar).
